Aramis is a pungent patchouli, sandalwood,
and citrus blend.. It starts out a heavy
citrus, and just doesn't quit.

loves it- Anytime, but please go light!

- Wow, the things I do
for these reviews... After forcing myself
to try it on, Aramis lasted ALL day. I must
say, at the grocery store it cleared the aisles
quite well!

- Aramis has been
aggressively marketing itself for over 30 years,
and was the first "designer" fragrance
for men in the U.S. It officially launched in
1963. There aren't many fragrances that can
say they're still sold in a Dept. Store after
that many years... Most are gone within five!
Aramis gets its name from Aramis, Turkey. There
is a root there that is believed to have
aphrodisiac qualities, and of course Aramis
included it in it's fragrance.

- Ugh, I hate it.
I respect the company's vigor and
enthusiasm, but there's no way I will ever like
this fragrance!
